Another very common one we see is hand towels and washcloths being used to remove make up and left in a pile on the bathroom counter

Wines

HOW IT HAPPENS.....

We frequently find wine stains appearing on sheets and bed covers, from guest's accidental spills.

Dirt & Mud

Dirt, mud, and other outdoor debris

WHAT IS IT?

Shoe prints are just one of the common dirt prints found. Other soils, mud, and other debris picked up from the outside transfers on the mats and towels as well.

COMMONLY FOUND ON

Bath Mats and Towels

HOW IT HAPPENS.....

From our experience, dirt and shoe prints frequently appear on bath mats because some guests use them to wipe their shoes, treating them like doormats.

Coffee

Coffee, teas, and other beverages

WHAT IS IT?

Coffee contains natural oils and pigments, leaving stubborn brownish and yellowish stains if not cleaned promptly

COMMONLY FOUND ON

Bedspreads, Sheets, and Towels

HOW IT HAPPENS.....

A guest spills coffee on the nightstand, with some splashing onto the bed. They use a towel to clean the nightstand but overlook the bed, resulting in stains on both the towel and the bedspread.
