Growing up in the industry we have had housekeepers find full face prints on a pillow. The guest had fallen asleep with makeup on, leaving behind a big sport on the white pillow case.

Another very common one we see is hand towels and washcloths being used to remove make up and left in a pile on the bathroom counter

Red wine stains are the most difficult to remove due to their deep color, but we effectively eliminate all types of wine stains—including rosé, white, and sparkling wines.

We frequently find wine stains appearing on sheets and bed covers, from guest's accidental spills.

Shoe prints are just one of the common dirt prints found. Other soils, mud, and other debris picked up from the outside transfers on the mats and towels as well.

From our experience, dirt and shoe prints frequently appear on bath mats because some guests use them to wipe their shoes, treating them like doormats.
